The Buckden collection is renowned for its durable canvas construction, elegant London tan leather and exceptional craftsmanship. Traditionally handmade by skilled craftsmen in Northamptonshire, each case features leather straps, reinforced leather edges, quality brass fittings and a matching leather luggage label.
The graduated set comprises three suitcases, with the largest measuring approximately 66cm wide, 59cm deep and 47cm high. All three cases are accompanied by their original matching leather-trimmed luggage labels.
Founded in 1916 in Cambridgeshire, Papworth built an outstanding reputation for producing fine travel goods, briefcases, trunks and leather cases. The company’s products were also supplied to distinguished clients worldwide and were associated with the British Royal Family.
