The car features burr walnut interior trim, a half-wood steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, fully electric and heated seats, automatic headlights and cruise control.

Supplied new by Jaguar Centre Hull Limited on 21 May 1997, this XK8 has covered just 24,000 miles from new. It remained with its original owner until his passing, after which ownership passed to a family member before being acquired by us.

The car can only be described as a genuine time-warp example—a phrase we rarely use. On inspection, it could easily be mistaken for a fully restored car, yet it remains completely factory original throughout. The panel gaps are precise, the outer sills are flawless and the overall condition strongly suggests that it has been carefully stored in a heated garage throughout its life.

The Oatmeal leather remains soft and supple, retaining its original shape with only minimal signs of wear. The car has also been a non-smoker vehicle from new.

The engine bay is equally impressive, retaining all original factory markings, beautifully preserved zinc-plated fittings and highly polished inner wings. The boot contains the complete original tool kit and unopened factory first-aid kit. The full set of handbooks, original factory service book and Jaguar VHS cassette are also present.
